At the Wessex Hotel we endeavour to support local businesses and source our main food products from local suppliers. The bulk of our refurbishment of the hotel has been supplied by local industry. We are committed to recycling all cardboard, bottles and plastic containers and our brochures and stationary are produced from sustainable forests and printed in bio-degradable ink. We are committed to making environmentally friendly changes to the Hotel as we move forward in the future.
