Coming and Going

 

Departures/Day rate

 

Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 11.00 a.m. on the

day of departure. Departing guests may stay up to 6 p.m. by paying an additional ‘day rate’ charge - please ask Reception if you wish to do this.

 

Early Morning Departures

 

Guests wishing to depart prior to 7.00 a.m. are asked to settle their accounts with Reception before 11 p.m. on the

evening before departure.

 

Reception

 

Reception is staffed from 7.00 a.m. on the morning to 11 p.m. at night.

 

Night Porter

 

The Night Porter is normally on duty between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.. Should you arrive at or return to the Hotel during these hours and find the doors locked, please telephone the Main Reception number 01458 443383 to gain entry.
